Choir
Each night of service we will have an exciting Crusade Choir. You need to be at least 15 years old to join the choir. We will meet a half-hour before each service as well as Saturday, September 12 at 6:00PM and Sunday, September 13. To be a good representation for Christ, men should wear their Sunday best while singing in the choir. We ask any ladies in the choir to please wear a dress or skirt on the platform.
Hospitality
The Hospitality Team will greet people as they enter and help collect information from guests. This team will also be responsible to make sure guests receive a free gift for coming. An outgoing and pleasant hospitality team can help guests feel welcome and prepare them for the preaching.
Ushers
Ushers will help seat people and receive the nightly offerings. This team will distribute any literature and help clean up the seated areas when we are finished each night. Ushers help ensure that there are no distractions in the service that will hinder the preaching of God’s Word.
Children's Meetings
Nightly children’s meetings led by Evangelist Dan Brubaker, will be held during the main preaching time. Directly after the song service, four year olds to fourth graders will be dismissed for an exciting time of stories and Bible preaching on their level. If you are interested in helping a few nights, please let us know. If you help with this ministry, it would not be every night. A background check is required by the state of PA.
Nursery
A clean, safe nursery will be available for all those youngsters that are not old enough to be a part of the children’s meetings. If you have a heart for the little ones, please consider volunteering. You must be a lady that is sixteen years old or older and have a PA background check completed.
Facilities
This team will help with set up and break down any rooms that we use at the facility or anything that cannot stay in the Crusade Tent over night. This will include the nursery, children’s meetings, display tables and equipment that is needed for the crusade.
Security
Safety is something we must keep in mind. If you can help security before, during, and after the service each night, please let us know. No law enforcement background is required to serve in this way. The security team will also be responsible for directing traffic.
