Receiving the Good News
Although the Gospel of Jesus Christ tells us of His death, burial, and resurrection for our sins, we must receive this message personally.
Broken Body
The example of brokenness is the Lord Jesus Christ as His body was broken on the cross. As the perfect substitute Christ took the punishment for our sins.
Beginning of Brokenness
Brokenness is the shattering of our will as we are honest and humble before God. Therefore, the beginning of brokenness is dealing with our pride. Our pride must be dealt with in order to begin on the pathway of revival.
Broken Ground
To break up our “fallow ground” we must properly confess our sins. Are you confessing your sins properly? This sermon looks at the example of King David when he properly confessed his sins.
Broken Box
The broken box of perfume that was used on the Lord Jesus is an example of being surrendered fully to our Savior. In order to be used the box must have been broken. God is waiting for you to be broken in full surrender in order to use you.
